RAIZ Rescue Treatment is an intensive botanical balm created for skin that needs more than surface moisture.

At the heart of this treatment is rich Ghanaian shea butter, ethically sourced from a women’s collective whose mission is to help eradicate poverty through the empowerment of rural women. Using traditional methods and basic equipment, this collective has already helped improve the lives of over 1,000 women in rural Ghana, with more being supported every day.

This deeply conditioning base is then infused with New Zealand botanicals inspired by Rongoā Rākau, traditional Māori plant knowledge and healing practices that honour the restorative power of native plants. Within this balm, our treatment botanicals work in harmony to deliver intensive care:
Harakeke helps soften and condition the skin, supporting moisture retention and comfort in dry, depleted areas.
Kānuka is valued for its calming properties, helping to soothe stressed skin and support a more balanced, settled feel.
