What makes RAIZ different from other brands?

Raiz is formulated like skincare, with focus on skincare-grade ingredients. We use high-quality, organic oils selected for their ability to absorb deeply and quickly into the skin. The result is intense hydration, visible softness, and healthy-looking hands without an oily film left behind. Every ingredient is selected with performance and skin health in mind.

Will it leave my hands greasy?

No. RAIZ is designed to absorb rapidly into the skin, leaving hands touch-dry while still deeply nourished. 

How often should I use RAIZ Cuticle Oil?

For best results, apply 2 to 3 times daily. Consistent use helps maintain hydration, support the skin barrier, and keep cuticles looking smooth and healthy.

Can I layer my RAIZ products?

Absolutely! We encourage applying our Moroccan Mineral Mask first, followed by our RAIZ Cuticle Oil , and ending with our RAIZ Rescue Treatment. This locks in all the softness and nourishment. 

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Raiz is formulated to be gentle and nourishing. If you have highly sensitive skin, patch testing is always recommended before full use.

RAIZ Cuticle Oil is our standard, scented formula. 

RAIZ Sensitive Cuticle Oil is our nut and fragrance free, sensitive formula. 

Where do you ship from?

All Raiz orders are packed and shipped from New Zealand.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within a few working days depending on your location.

How will I know when my order has been sent?

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been packed and dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with photos of the item and packaging. We will organise a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

What if my order is lost in transit?

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, contact us with your order number and we will help investigate with the courier.

Do you accept returns?

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we will do our best to help.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update the address. Once shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Can I send Raiz as a gift?

Yes. Simply enter the recipient’s name and shipping details at checkout.

If you would like to have the packing slip excluded from the gift, please leave a note at checkout.
