All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier delays outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delays & Lost Parcels

Raiz is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.

If your parcel appears lost or delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order. Raiz is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
